Louise Pryor Herrera, age 100, of Park Rapids, passed away Friday, August 3, 2012. She was born to Fay and Fern McCleary on July 4, 1912, in Mason City, Iowa. In 1933, Louise married Bert Pryor, who passed away in 1983. She married John Herrera and lived in Montana until 1995 when she moved to Minnesota. Louise was a woman full of vim and vigor and could be seen walking for miles at a brisk pace all over Billings, Montana.
She is survived by her children: Wayne Pryor (Betty) of Staples, Glenn Pryor (Mary Lou) of Park Rapids, Fay Pryor (Lorrina) of Billings, MT, Maralyne (Pryor) Hall of Billings, MT; 17 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, August 19, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Highway 64 west of Pine River.
