Lorraine Witt

Lorraine Witt, age 85, of Pine River, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2017, at the Good Samaritan Society, Pine River. She was born to Roman and Lucy Stiller on August 21, 1931, in St. Wendel, MN. Lorraine loved flower gardening, fishing and was an amazing cook. Her friends and family, especially her children and grandchildren, were very important to her.

Lorraine is survived by her children: Darlene Norman (Dan), Julie Cline (Jay), Donna Crimmins, Josie Mick (Steven), Marie Taylor (Dean), Penny Sawyer (Troy), Allen Witt (Julie), Larry Witt (Renee); 21 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, Andy Stiller (Nancy); sisters: Lillian Wymore (Bob), Angie Postlewait, June Schwartz (Lonnie); many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Marvin Witt and Joseph Matros; sons, Billy Witt and Gary Matros; granddaughter, Kody Sawyer; brothers, Art, Claude and Ed.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 18, from 4 to 6 PM, with a time of sharing beginning at 6 PM, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River. Services will be 11 AM on Monday, June 19, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Jenkins.
