Lorelei Kemmitt

Lorelei Joanne Kemmitt, 72, of Emily, formerly of Brooklyn Park, died Thursday, June 26, 2008. A Memorial Service for her is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Outing, MN with Pastor Joel Baranko officiating.
Lorelei was born November 15, 1935 in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of William and Signe (Lindman) Doten. She graduated from Robbinsdale High School. On February 2, 1955, Lorelei was united in marriage to John Kemmitt. The couple made their home in Brooklyn Park. She worked for Austin Mutual Insurance Company in Minneapolis until she retired.

Lorelei enjoyed traveling and being with friends and family.

She will be dearly missed by her sons, Greg (Jean) Kemmitt, of Medina and Scott (Ann) Kemmitt, of Maple Grove; her five grandchildren, Charlie, Andy, Michael, Ryan, and Katie; her sister, Linda Oman, of Little Falls; and her brother, Jim Doten, of Ramsey. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents, William (Ed) and Signe Doten; and her brothers, Tom Doten and David Doten.
