Lois Wiehle

Lois Wiehle, age 78, formerly of the Brainerd Lakes Area, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Heritage House in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota.

Lois Lucille Wiehle was born on April 4, 1932 in Redwood Falls, Minnesota to Charlie and Alma (Englund) Miller.

Lois was with the USDA Food and Service Department of Food Stamps for 24 years before retiring. Lois loved cooking, reading romance novels, spending time with friends, going to church, and volunteering. She especially loved her three children and grandchildren. Lois was loved by all that knew her, especially the volunteers and staff at the Bethany Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Brainerd.

Lois is survived by her three children, David, Polly and Scott Griffiths; sisters, Marcella Ralston, Jean Fowler, Rosie Bucholz and Alice Simonson; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Brenny Funeral Chapel of Baxter.
