Lois Moe

September 29, 1937 — November 5, 2018

Lois Louise Moe, 81, of Staples, MN, passed away unexpectedly at her home on November 5, 2018. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 18, 2018 at the Staples United Methodist Church. Family visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service. Private family interment will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery at a later date.

Lois was born September 29, 1937, at Bagley, MN, the daughter of Selmer and Beulah Sorenson. She met and married Donald Moe on January 18, 1958, in Bagley, MN. They moved to Staples in 1967, where she became a member of the Staples United Methodist Church, and also spent many years working at Longbella Drug. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald; her parents; and three brothers; and one sister. Lois is survived by her two sons, Richard (Becky) Moe of Superior, WI and Dain (Melanie) Moe of Wyoming, MN; grandchildren, Brittany (Rich) Jones, Brandon (Chris Engen) Moe, Samantha (Ross) Larson, and Nicholas Moe.
