Lois Dupre

Lois E. Dupre peacefully passed away in her sleep on Sunday, May 3, 2009. She was born on February 2, 1927, to Catherine and Floyd Ramsden. She lived a good life growing up in Circle Pines, MN. She married Keith in May 1949 and had two children, Craig and Michelle. She had an Avon route to keep her busy, make some money, and still have her children with her. In 1958, Lois and Keith decided city life was not for them, so they purchased a resort in Hackensack, MN. It was hard work, but with the rewards of meeting a lot of new people and living on the lake. She enjoyed cooking for large crowds, playing cards, bingo, and going to the casino.
Lois is survived by her brother, Douglas Ramsden (Delores), her sister, Joy Muller (Richard), her children, Craig Dupre (Bonnie) and Michelle Johnson (Lynn), grandchildren, John and Brandon Dupree, Stephanie Recine, Sabrina LaDeaux, great grandchildren, Rhianen Spragg, Daniell, Austin and Taylor Recine, Dylan and Zoey Dupre.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, May 11, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hackensack.
