Linda Jeanette (Thames) Trana, 64, is now resting peacefully waiting her Lord's return, after a long struggle with cancer. Born January 1, 1949, in Lincoln, Nebraska, and passed away June 7, 2013, in Crosslake, Minnesota, with loved ones by her side. She enjoyed sharing her faith with all that she came in contact with. She stayed active as a partner in Trana Masonry and operated Family Affair gift shop located in Crosslake.
Survived by husband of 41 years, James Lawrence Trana, son, Peter (Kelly) Trana and daughter Lori (Mike) Nash; her mother, Goldie Thames; 2 sisters, Barbara (George) St.Pierre and Marsha (Delvin) DeLong; brother, Rodney (Natalie) Thames; 5 grandchildren: Christofer and Rylie Trana and Cody, Cole Max, and Chase Nash. Preceded in death by her father, Max H. Thames, and grandson, Carter Trana.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Thursday, June13, 2013, at the Crosslake Christian Assembly of God Church in Crosslake, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
