Linda Schmidt

Linda Schmidt, age 64, of Crosslake, passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, after a long battle with MS and cancer complications. She was born in Minneapolis to Arthur and Elaine DeYoung on May 20, 1947.

Linda is survived by her husband, Bob; sister, Beverly Jones of Prairie Du Chien, WI; brother, Harley DeYoung; nine nieces and nephews; and 23 great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patricia Erickson; and brother, Dick DeYoung.

Services will be 11 AM on Saturday, March 10, at First Lutheran Church, Pine River, with Pastor Bonnie Lomen officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
