Lillian Latta

Lillian (Rardin) Latta, age 86, of Baxter, died November 20, 2008 at Pierz Villa Nursing Home in Pierz, MN. Services will be Tuesday, November 25 at 2:00 PM at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Visitation is one hour before the service. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter.
Lillian was born March 12, 1922 in Brainerd to Joseph and Grace (Driver) Rardin. She attended a country grade school, then Washington High School, graduating from the Brainerd School System. She was united in marriage to Donald Jackson in Chicago in 1943. They lived in Motley then Coon Rapids. She then moved to Arizona where she was united in marriage to Wm Latta in 1964. William died in 1989. Lillian moved to Baxter in 1992. She enjoyed family gatherings, playing card, reading and jig saw puzzles.

Lillian is survived by her sons, Richard (Joyce) Jackson of Plymouth; Thomas (Judy) Jackson of Appleton, Floyd (Lind) Jackson of Minnetonka, David (Patricia) Jackson of Baxter, Robert Jackson of Minneapolis; daughter Donna Gunther of Coon Rapids. Preceded in death by her son Larry; Seven brothers and sisters, Bud, Leonard, Floyd, Dean, Alice, Nellie and Beatrice.
