Levi Siekas

Levi Norman Siekas, 15, passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. A Celebration of Levi’s life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Journey North Church in Baxter. Family and friends are invited to gather from 5-7 PM on Friday evening at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter.

Levi was born September 1, 2002 in Brainerd, the son of Peter and Shannon (Cooke) Siekas and the brother of Bryant and Claire. He was a charming young man that was intelligent and took pride in his academic accomplishments. He was happiest in motion – lacrosse, football and wrestling for school and biking, swimming, snowboarding, fishing, scootering, basketball, snorkeling, and flipping off the dock. He was a sweet young man who cherished the time he spent with so many friends, family, neighbors and his nephews.

He will be missed by so many and is survived by his parents, Pete and Shannon; siblings, Bryant and Claire; grandparents, David and Sharon Siekas, of Brainerd, Sherrie Cooke, of Pequot Lakes, and Ken Hanson, of Georgia; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He will also be missed by his beloved companion, his dog, Charlie. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Muggy Hanson and great-grandparents, Norman and Marian Siekas.
