Lester Wilson

Lester Lee Wilson, 70, died on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at home. Services for Lester will be held on Monday, June 27 from 4-6 PM at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter.

Lester was born on July 25, 1945 in Browns Valley, MN to Paul and Gertrude (Domarus) Wilson. Lester started trimming trees as a young man was known to many as the "tree man" his entire life. Lester enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on the farm, and he loved country music. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.

Lester is survived by his two sons, siblings, Diane Pearl, Jim Wilson, Paulette Zernov, and Vicki McGinty; several nieces and nephews; 2nd family- Judy, Laura "Peanut" (Shawn), Lee; grandsons, Taylor, Connor, and Logan; and their dogs, Molly, Muffy, and Marshi. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Richard and John; and sisters, JoAnn and Shirley.
