Lee Frederick

Lee Warren Frederick, age 48, of Backus, passed away February 19, 2010, at his home. He was born June 16, 1961, in Park Rapids, to Delbert and Barbara Frederick. Lee was an outdoorsman at heart. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and giving a hand to all in need. He was a great story teller and was always ready for a laugh. He was a true friend and loving son.

Lee is survived by his mother, Barbara; daughter, Jenny Manier (Josh); sister, Diann Mendenhall (Vince); brother, Lester Frederick (Maria); two grandchildren, Lilly and Nathan; uncle, Frank Frederick (Dorothy); aunt, Linda McBryde (Dave Kermes); several cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah, and father, Delbert.

Memorial service will be 2 PM on Saturday, February 27, at the Backus American Legion.
