Laura Rose (Norman) Cronquist passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 18, 2013, at the age of 62. Laura was born to Carl and Marge Norman on April 6, 1951, in Brainerd MN. She lived most of her childhood and graduated high school in Pine
River, MN. On April 12, 1969, she was married to Elvin Cronquist, and they had 3 children: Christine, Danny and Jessica.
Laura will be remembered for her fiery red hair, contagious laugh,
bright smile and most of all her kindness. She will be remembered
for her love of gardening, being surrounded by colorful flowers, and playing hymns on the piano.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the Amarillo
House for all their kindness and being mom's good friends for almost 17 years. Words will never express enough how much we, her children and her family, appreciate all you have done for our mother over the years. You are all angels!
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when God will need them back. God felt it was her time and sent her mom and dad to bring her to heaven.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Marge Norman.
She is survived by her children: Christine (Tim) Hall, Danny (Roberta) Cronquist and Jessica Cronquist; her grandchildren who she loved more than anything: Christopher Cronquist, Logan Cronquist, and Shaun
Cronquist; one great granddaughter, Harley Quinn Cronquist; her sisters: Elaine (Chuck) Eystad, Nancy (Dick) Borson, Betty Vosberg,
Debbie (Derek) Fletcher; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 PM on Saturday, September 21, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
