Lance Mcallister

Lance A. McAllister, age 84, of Jenkins, passed away at his home on October 12, 2012. He was born in Pine River on July 19, 1928, to Dan and Hedwig McAllister. He was an over-the-road truck driver, an avid hunter, fisherman, and gatherer of wild berries.

Lance is survived by children: Kevin (Shawn) McAllister, Karla Coulter, Kimberly Erickson, Karol McAllister, Brett McAllister, David McAllister, Valerie Decker, and Kendal McAllister; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sisters: Maxine (Marvin) Nelson, Helen (LeRoy) Swenson, Gail (Rollie) Larson, and Kathleen (Steve) Tusa.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Hazel; son, Kelly; daughter, Karen; and brother, Bruce.

At his request, no services will be held.
