Kyle Tulenchik

Kyle Ray Tulenchik, 42, Pine River, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2013, after a 3 year courageous battle with Lou Gehrig's Disease. Kyle was born February 27, 1971 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Brainerd, MN to Russell Tulenchik and Myrna (Fox) Dunnuck. Kyle's infectious smile, wink, and sense of humor always lit up the room. The greatest loves of his life were his school sweetheart, Karen "Paka" Carlson, his angel and soul mate; and his son Ryan (Shelby) and grandson, Teegan.

Kyle is survived by, Karen ‘Paka" Carlson-Tulenchik of Pine River; son, Ryan (Shelby) Tulenchik; grandson, Teegan Tulenchik, of Pequot Lakes; mother and step-father, Myrna (Joe) Dunnuck of Backus; 4 brothers, Dale (Kim) Tulenchik, David (Tracey) Tulenchik, Dean (Cindy) Tulenchik and Kirk (Joni) Tulenchik, all of Pine River; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bubby (Arlyn) Carlson and family of Fifty Lakes; sister-in-law, Chris Tulenchik and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Keith Lynn Tulenchik; father, Russell Tulenchik; grandparents, Michael (Clara) Tulenchik and Nelson (Candace) Fox.

Services will be 2:30 PM on Tuesday, November 5, at First Lutheran Church, Pine River. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7 PM at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, rural Pine River, with a lunch to follow at Maple Hill Lutheran Church.
