Kaylin Johnson

Kaylin E. Johnson, 20, of Brainerd, MN passed away unexpectedly when God called her home on Tuesday, December 1, 2015. Services for Kaylin will be Monday, December 7th, 2015 at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN at 11:00AM with visitation one hour prior to services at the chapel. Visitation will also be held on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN from 12:00-3:00PM. A luncheon will be held at the VFW in Brainerd, MN following services on Monday.

Kaylin was born on October 6, 1995 in St. Paul, MN to Greg and Connie (Kaz) Johnson. She graduated from Brainerd High School with the class of 2014. Kaylin was a member of the A Cappella Choir and took her senior class trip to New York City to sing at the Twin Towers. She also played softball with her team of 4 years, The Firesticks. Kaylin also enjoyed singing, dancing, and spending time with her best friends!

Kaylin is survived by her mom, Connie Kaz of Brainerd, MN; dad, Greg Johnson of Brainerd, MN; brothers, Michael (Meghan) Johnson of Rancho Cordova, CA and Cody Johnson of Brainerd, MN; nieces, Gessika and Hailey; nephew, Kyler; grandparents, Brian and Kay Johnson of Baxter, MN, Linda Kaz and Lee Christenson of Pine River, MN; and James and Cyndra Kaz of Crosslake, MN; aunts, Lisa (Dale Albertson) Johnson of St. Cloud, MN, Brenda Rudlang (Jens Bach) of Ideal Corners, MN, and Melissa (Kip) Abear of Jenkins, MN; uncles, Todd (Krista) Johnson of Brainerd, MN, Bret (Annemarie) Baker of North Chicago, Il, and Jeremy (Tracy) Jones of Eden Prairie, MN; Harold "Uncle Boy" Rudlang of Pequot Lakes, MN ; many beloved cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her cousins, Kylee-Jo and Amanda. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN.
