Julia Pinta

Julie R. Pinta, 88, of Baxter, died Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Essentia Health - St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Baxter City Cemetery in Baxter with Father Brandon Moravitz officiating.

Julie was born September 3, 1924, in Belmond, IA, the daughter of Thomas and Alice Quinlan. In 1948, she was united in marriage to Delbert Pinta. The couple lived in Mason City, IA and Sioux Falls, SD before moving to the Brainerd Lakes Area and making it their home in 1968. Julie was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church. She loved her family and enjoyed gardening.

She will be missed by her children, Linda (Kenny Olson) Pinta and Mark Pinta; and sister, Lenore Tomson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert; parents; and her siblings.
