Judith Reichel

It is with greatest joy to announce that Judith Ann Marie (Niemi) Reichel went home to her Lord and Savior at 3:50PM on 10 June 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger W. Reichel, her parents Leo and Lydia Niemi, and her brother Michael. She is survived by her eight children, 11 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, three brothers and a sister. Judy was born 6 May 1940 and graduated from Staples High School in 1958. She married Roger 11 April 1959. She spent a majority of her adult life as a caring, loving wife and Mother raising her own children and helping to raise many of her grandchildren. We shall not dwell on our loss, rather we shall celebrate a life well-lived and well- loved serving God and doing His will. She was 78 years old.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00AM, Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Staples, with Father Joe Korf officiating. Visitation will be from 4-7PM, Friday, June 15th at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be at Woodland Cemetery in New York Mills, MN. Services have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.
