Joyce Dvorak

Joyce Eileen Dvorak, 86, of Staples, MN passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, MN. Services for Joyce Eileen Dvorak and Judy Dvorak Frank will be held at 2:00PM, Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Faith Lutheran Church in Staples, MN, with visitation one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Hope Lutheran Cemetery in Eagle Bend, MN.

Joyce was born July 19, 1930 in Todd County to William and Mildred Bedner. She was a graduate of Eagle Bend High School. She married Joyce James Dvorak, also of Todd County in 1949. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, traveling, and Twins baseball. She was a woman of faith. Joyce loved her family, friends, and helping others. She will be greatly missed.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents; all her siblings; her husband; and her daughter, Judy. She is survived by her son, Douglas Dvorak of Eagle Bend, MN; and her daughter, Victoria Dvorak of Staples, MN. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.

Judy passed away in her home in Hastings, MN on February 2, 2010. She was 53 years old.

Judy was born to Joyce James Dvorak and Joyce Eileen (Bedner) Dvorak on March 8, 1956 in Bertha, MN. She was a graduate of Bertha-Hewitt High School.
Judy was passionate about her family, her friends, and her pets. She enjoyed cooking, gardening (flowers), music and photography.

Judy was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband, Michael Allen Frank of Hastings, MN; daughter, Tiffany Marie; brother, Douglas Dvorak of Eagle Bend, MN; sister, Victoria Dvorak of Staples, MN.
