John Keprios

Keprios, John (Jack) M, age 86, of Brainerd and formerly Pine River, was born November 11, 1926, and passed away November 3, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lilly, his brother Norman (Joelle) Keprios, his daughter Nancy (Steve) Lindenberg, his son John (Jan) Keprios; he is also survived by grandchildren Rebecca Lindenberg, Emily (Tony) Zucarro, Jason Keprios, Angela Keprios, Kyle Keprios, and great granddaughter Akira Keprios, as well as many relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Keprios, his father Michael Keprios, mother Norma Keprios, and his brothers Peter Keprios, Theodore (Bud) Keprios, and George Keprios.

He earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Minnesota in Business Administration, served in the United States Navy from October 11, 1944 to July 12, 1946 and was honorably discharged at the rank of Seaman First Class Airman. He worked at Honeywell for 37 years.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013, 1:00 p.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church 30985 Front St., Pequot Lakes, MN 56472, 218-568-4670. There will be visitation one hour prior to the service with burial immediately following the service at Pequot Lakes City Cemetery and lunch following the brief burial.
