Joel Edward Hendrickson

Joel Edward Hendrickson, 75, of Baxter, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022, at home unexpectedly.

He was born in Fergus Falls, MN on March 22, 1947, to George and Leona (Mitchell) Hendrickson, and was raised in the Battle Lake area. He graduated from Battle Lake High School in 1965. Joel was a “Jack of all trades”, and he worked for himself and for several businesses in the Brainerd Lake Area. He was married to Nancy Swart in 1983. Joel enjoyed panning for gold and going fishing.

Joel is survived by his wife Nancy; children Tim, Melissa, Jodi, Curtis, Jonah, Tyler, Ryan, and Andy; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings Vincent (Irene), Janice, Craig (Bev), and Sue (Jeff); and several nieces and nephews.

Joel was preceded in death by his parents, and son Scott.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
