Jennifer Huisenga

Jennifer L. Huisenga, age 32, of Staples, passed away at the St. Cloud Hospital, on Saturday, June 18. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 21, at 11:00 AM, at the Staples Church of Christ. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Jenny was born on October 11, 1978, to Jerry and Linda (Elifrits) Huisenga, in Staples, MN. She graduated from the Staples-Motley High School. And then went on to receive her CNA Certificate. She worked at the Lakewood Manor until 2008. She was a member of the Staples Church of Christ, and collected Teddy Bears and Angels. She loved kids and caring for people.

Jenny is survived by her parents, Jerry and Linda Huisenga; her siblings, Missy (Zach) Huisenga-Ludovissie and Jeremy Huisenga; a niece, Brookelyn Huisenga, nephew, Madden Roberts; her fiancée, Nate Rolfson; cousin, Holly Shockman; her dog, Max; and many cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Hellen Huisenga and Bret and Opal Elifrits; aunts, Darlene and Phyllis; her Uncle Denny; and her 3-legged dog, Tippy.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Brenny Funeral Home in Staples.
