Jeanne Coffin

Jeanne Coffin, age 87, of Fifty Lakes, MN, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016. She had lived her whole life in Fifty Lakes. She enjoyed everyone that she came in contact with and also adopted some of them into her family. Jeanne was known by many as "Cook" or "Cookie". She has had the nickname ever since she was a little girl. She enjoyed baking and sewing and sewed and baked cakes for many people. For many years until she was no longer able, she made gingerbread boys for all the kids in Fifty Lakes.
Jeanne will be greatly missed by her children, Jeanne Riley of Fifty Lakes, Ted (Kathy) Murrer of Fifty Lakes, Mike "Loren" (Lori) Murrer of Pequot Lakes, Debbie (Jerry) Anderson of Pine River, Ben Murrer of Outing, Colleen (Ken) Cunningham of Pequot Lakes; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and special friends, Robin Benzer and Julie Engle.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Irene Clements; husband, Bill; sisters, Ruth and Lois; brother, Lloyd; and granddaughter, Kayla.

Services will be 11 AM on Friday, August 12, at Faith Lutheran Church, Swanburg. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Emily.
