Janice Feuerstein

Janice "Jan" Marie Feuerstein, 71, of Chanhassen, MN died on Friday, June 3, 2016 at her cabin in Crosslake. Services for Jan will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 7:00PM at Huber Funeral Home in Excelsior, MN with visitation from 5:00-7:00PM. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 3:00PM at the Crosslake American Legion in Crosslake, MN. Interment will be at Pinewood Cemetery in Crosslake.

Jan was born on June 12, 1944 in Minneapolis, MN to Herbert and Irene (Huderle) Boldon. She was raised in Mound, MN where she graduated from Mound High School in 1962. She married Vincent Feuerstein in Watertown, SD on March 13, 1965. They lived in Navarre, Excelsior, and Chanhassen while spending their summers in Crosslake since 1968. Jan enjoyed sewing, crafting, fishing, and tending to her flower garden. She also liked to shop for bargains and travel.

Jan is survived by her husband, Vince; daughters, Ann (Dan Schorr) Feuerstein of Crosslake, MN and Anita (Jason Troland) Feuerstein of Big Lake, MN; five grandchildren, Jayanna and Max Troland, Jason Schorr, Nick Schorr, and Devin Vanseth. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Irene Boldon; and brother, Bobby Boldon. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Crosslake, MN.
