James "Jim" Arrigoni

James “Jim” Michael Arrigoni, age 89, of Staples, MN and formerly of Breezy Point, MN passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Lakewood Health System in Staples.  Services for Jim will be held on Friday, June 19 at 11AM at Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Pequot Lakes, MN with a visitation beginning one hour prior to services at the chapel.  Burial will be in Pelican Woods Cemetery, Breezy Point, MN.

Jim was born on December 19, 1930 to Amadel and Mary (Wyland) Arrigoni.  He married DeLores Engstrom on August 19, 1950 in St. Paul.  Jim was employed as Broker for Breezy Point Time Share for many years until his retirement.  He enjoyed entertaining guests at his home, socializing, playing cards, bowling in his younger years, and making memories with his family.  Jim taught his children to have strong, dependable work ethic, and always be on time.  He had a great sense of humor and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Jim is survived by his children, Gary of Nisswa, Richard “Rick” of Pequot Lakes, Debra Wesely of St. Paul, Laura (Tom) Bliss of Pequot Lakes, Jaime (Belinda) of Browerville; brothers, Robert “Bobby” (Judy) of Woodbury, Danny (Jo) of Edina; 12 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, DeLores; and daughter-in-law, Fran.
