Jacqueline Warta

Jacqueline (King) Warta, 66, of Brainerd, MN died on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Essentia Health/St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd, MN. Services will be held at a later date.

Jacqueline was born on October 29, 1951 in Glasgow, Scotland. She moved to Brainerd, MN when she was nineteen, where she was a resident until her passing. She enjoyed puzzles, reading, and traveling. Jacqueline’s greatest time was spent with her family.

Jacqueline is survived by her children, Michelle (Christopher) Johnson, Jennifer (Eric) Hanson, Deborah (Stanley) Berndt, and Stephanie Warta all of Brainerd, MN; eight grandchildren, Justin, Hailee, Riley, Dezmond, Austin, Ethan, Adriana, and Mason; significant other, Steve Hurrle; sister, Josaphine O’Sullivan of Scotland; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mom, Ina Redpath; step-father, Thomas Redpath; and sister, Ellen Sharp. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN.
