Gloria Lee

Gloria M. Lee, 77, of Baxter, died Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at St. Ottos Care Center in Little Falls. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 AM, Saturday, October 27, 2007 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter with Father Tony Wroblewski officiating. The family invites friends to start gathering at 9 AM. Interment will be 1 PM, Monday, October 29, 2007 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in St. Paul, MN.
Gloria was born January 27, 1930 in St. Paul, MN, the daughter of Frank and Emma (Granger) Harwood. She grew up in West St. Paul. On March 15, 1952 she was united in marriage to Howard Lee. The couple lived in the metro area for many years before moving to the Brainerd Lakes area. Gloria was a past member of the St. Johns Catholic Church where she sang in the choir and a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing cards, traveling, fishing and was a Minnesota Twins fan. Her family and grandchildren brought her much joy.

Gloria will be missed by her four sons, Mike Lee, of Brainerd, Larry (Chris) Lee, of Baxter, Dennis Lee, of Pillager, John Lee, of Blaine; her daughter, Linda (Lenny) Hartmon, of St. Paul; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and one brother.
