Girard Brezinka

Girard "G-Man" Brezinka, of Pequot Lakes, passed away peacefully at home on October 26, 2015. He was 51 years old. Girard was born September 8, 1964, to Louis and Helen Brezinka in Anoka, MN. He was the 8th of 9 children. He graduated from Coon Rapids High School in 1983, and remained friends with many of his classmates. He was both handy and handsome even while wearing one of the many stained t-shirts that he cut the sleeves off of. An avid Packers fan, he was fond of making bets with his Vikings friends and often won. He enjoyed all the seasons outdoors, whether he was fishing, boating, camping, hunting with family, or riding his Yamaha snowmobile that he loved so dearly.

He leaves behind his wife and best friend, Mary; his daughter, Kaylee Tropp (Jeff); his mother, Helen Brezinka; his brothers and sisters; along with many close family members, neighbors and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Louie; and younger brother, Paul.

Memorial Mass 10:30 AM Friday, October 30, at St. Timothy's Church in Blaine, MN, with a visitation an hour before. Burial in Epiphany Cemetery, Coon Rapids.
