Gerald St.Marie

Gerald A. St. Marie, Jr., 56, of Grand Rapids, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Evergreen Terrace. Services for Gerald will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, August 2 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Friends are welcome to gather one hour prior to services. A luncheon will follow services in the Brenny Funeral Chapel Reception Room. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd.

Gerald was born August 27, 1953 in Brainerd, MN, the son of Gerald L., Sr. and Julia (LaJoie) St. Marie. He lived in Brainerd all his life. He loved to fish and play cards, especially with his cup of coffee. Gerald was very friendly and was well-liked by many.

He will be missed by his step-children, Erin, Jay, and MaryAnn; sister, Delores (Merle) Berry; brother, Richard "Pinky" (Carrie) Payne; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter.
