Frankline Klein

Franklin Edward ?Frank? Klein, 85, Garrison, died Saturday, July 20, 2002. There will be a memorial gathering for Mr. Klein at the Garrison VFW in the near future.
Franklin Klein was born March 18, 1917, in Sutton, NE, to Fredrick Joseph and Selma (Swanson) Klein. He served as a Private First Class in the Army, and after being honorably discharged, he and his wife Nadine were married in Washington, where Frank would work for 27 as a general manager for Sears. Frank was a member of the Garrison VFW and loved fishing and ?just tinkering? in his shop.

Surviving Frank are brothers Gerald of Princeton and Vernon of Virginia, sisters Vivian (Vern) Koehn of Buena Vista, CO, and Mary Severson of Parkers Prairie, several nieces and nephews, and special friend Muriel Mapes. Mr. Klein was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and brothers Harold, Claude, Fritz and Orville. Arrangements were with the Brenny Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
