Frances Craft

Frances Craft, 94, of Fort Ripley, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls, MN. Funeral services will be on Thursday, May 30, 2013, at 11:00 AM at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Randall, MN, with Pastor Jim Brown officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, one hour prior to services.

Frances was born to Peter and Lizzy (Mudick) Etzler on March 9, 1919 in Fawn Lake Township, MN. She was united in marriage to Thomas Craft, in 1951 in Washington State. She was self-employed, working as a farmer and homemaker, which she retired from in 1981. In her free time she enjoyed being part of the Lincoln Ladies Aid, and enjoyed gardening, cooking, farming, rummage sales, canning, playing cards, bingo, dancing and traveling.

Frances is survived by her children, David (Rita) Craft of Key Bisquene, FL, Dennis (Kay) Craft of Jacksonville, FL, Donella (Al Kolling) Hirschey of Staples, MN, Fred (Carol) Craft of Cushing, MN, Loyal Craft of Cushing, MN, Maynard (Dawn Petersen) Craft of Fort Ripley, MN; 25 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; many great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Craft; parents, Peter and Lizzy; son, Wesley; sister, Emma and grandson Wesley Jr.
