Everal Hedtke

Everal Roger Hedtke, age 88, of Pine River, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Brainerd. He was born to William and Lena (Ehrenberg) Hedtke on September 4, 1928, in Laketown Township, Carver County, MN.

Everal and Virginia celebrated 65 years of marriage this year. He had 20 years of service as a volunteer fireman in Waconia, MN. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and outdoorsman. Everal was a family man and enjoyed his grandchildren.

Everal is survived by his wife, Virginia; sons, Roger (Susan) Hedtke, Thomas (Jody) Hedtke; grandchildren, Brianna, Abram (Anita), Isaac (Allyson), Aria, and Nicci; 8 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be 11 AM on Monday, December 19, at the Church of the Nazarene, Backus. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
