Emery Schnoor

Emery Schnoor, age 81, of Pine River, MN, and formerly St. Charles, IA, passed away Friday, February 15, 2008, at St. Joseph's Medical Center, Brainerd, MN. He was born March 16, 1926 in Woodward, Iowa, to Henry and Ruth Schnoor. He served in the US Army during World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Donna; children: Romaine Schnoor, Randy Schnoor (Kim), Mark Schnoor, Warren Schnoor (Jenny), Donna McCoy (Charles), LaVonne Whittemore (Gilbert), Tim Schnoor, Hubert Schnoor (Susan), Kristy Warner (David), Westley Schnoor (Jennifer), Essie Neumann (Bruce), Hans Schnoor; sisters: Erma, Elnora, Irene, Darlene, Lavern, June; brothers: Milo, Paul; 24 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Emily Christine Schnoor; brother, Harold; one grandson and one great granddaughter.
Services will be 1 PM on Wednesday, February 20 at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes, MN. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes, and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Burial will be 1 PM, Friday, February 22 at Sayre Cemetery, St. Charles, Iowa.
