Edward Thulin

Edward F. Thulin, age 91, of Fifty Lakes (formerly of New Hope), passed away March 24th, 2018. Edward went to Bemidji State University and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business Administration. He was a WWII veteran and worked as a Branch Manager at Northwestern National, retiring from CNA in 1991 to his lake home in Fifty Lakes, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings. Survived by his wife Marge; daughters Debbie (Don) Schutte, Lisa (Mick) Tanner, Tina Schmeling; Son, Chuck Thulin; Grandchildren, Jon (Robyn) Hawkinson, Amy (Jason) Salzl, Joe (Berta) Tanner, Alyssa, Emily, Jared, and Hannah Schmeling; 5 Great Grandchildren. Funeral service Wednesday March 28th at 11:00am at Crosslake Lutheran Church 35960 Co Rd 66 Crosslake, MN 56442, with visitation for one hour prior. Arrangements entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel, Crosslake. The interment will take place on Friday, March 30th at 11:45 AM at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN, we will be gathering in Assembly Area # 5, between 11:30 and 11:45. www.brenny.com
