Duane Cronin

Duane Leo Cronin, age 57. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Jan. 19, 2011. The Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 1/24/11 at 11 AM at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Motley, MN. The Wake will be Sunday 1/23/11 from 3 PM to 5 PM at the Brenny Funeral Home in Staples, with Rosary and Prayers at 4:30.

Duane graduated from Motley High School and Mechanical Drafting at Staples Vocational School. He worked as a carpenter and cabinet maker at Rardin Construction Company for over 33 years and on countless homes of family, friends and whoever needed help. Duane loved hunting, fishing, playing cards, but most importantly, time with his family and friends.

Duane was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick and Lorine (Vogel) Cronin; and brothers, Norman and Lawrence. He is survived by brothers, Norbert (Darlene) Cronin, Jerome (Linda) Cronin, Lavern (Coralee) Cronin, Clarence (Terri) Cronin, Neal (Cindy) Cronin; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and God children.
