Doris Tulenchik

Doris Lorainne Tulenchik, age 86, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016, at Good Samaritan Society, Pine River. She was born February 12, 1930, in Emmet, Iowa, to Vernon and Anna Fox. On July 13, 1947, she married Raymond Tulenchik. Together they farmed and raised their two sons west of Pine River.

Doris is survived by her sons: Mike Tulenchik (Karen), Tom Tulenchik, both of Pequot Lakes; 6 grandchildren: Scott, Curtis, Tammy, Luke, Matthew, Tara; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Mavis Hakola; nephew, Rick Hakola; and niece, Audrey Paul.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Raymond, and brother, Vernon, Jr.

Services will be 11 AM on Tuesday, May 3, at Maple Hill Lutheran Church, rural Pine River. Visitation will be Monday from 4 to 7 PM at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
