Doris Coleman

Doris Coleman, age 86, of Pine River, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2015, at her home. Doris was born to Charles and Marion Coleman on July 7, 1929. She has resided at the Pine River Group Home since it opened in 1978 and worked at Pine River Area DAC until her retirement in 2013. She will be remembered for her neatness antics, her love of Mickey Mouse and her "mothering" of the other people at the home. She enjoyed going for rides and looking at magazines. Doris passed away in the care of the Group Home staff under the direction of St. Croix Hospice.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Gladys, Fred and James. She is survived by her brother, Cliff. Doris will be greatly missed.

Services will be 4 PM on Thursday, September 10, at Riverview Church, Pine River. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service.
