Donna Tompkins

Donna M. Tompkins, 90, of Brainerd, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Essentia Health – St. Joseph’s Medical Center. Services for Donna will be held at 11 AM, Monday, March 12, 2018 at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Family and friends are invited to gather one hour prior to services. Interment will take place at Evergreen Hill Cemetery in Staples.

Donna was born December 6, 1927 in Staples, the daughter of Walter and Elsie (Stone) Bahe. In 1947, she was united in marriage to Carrol Tompkins. She enjoyed her life as a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughters, Sherry (Reid) Tollefson and Tamie (Brad) Herron; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carrol; three infant sons and one infant daughter; and her brother, Jay.
