Donna Anderson

Donna Anderson, 64, of Baxter died on July 28, 2012 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Funeral Services for Donna will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Interment at Lakeview Cemetery in Coleraine, MN.

Donna was born on February 9, 1948 in Grand Rapids, MN to Donald and Violet (Point) Neils. Donna was raised in Grand Rapids where she graduated from high school. After finishing college Donna moved to Brainerd. She volunteered for Crisis Line, Special Olympics, and was a Sunday School Teacher. Donna enjoyed knitting and crafts. She devoted her life to her family.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Neils of Brainerd, Steven Neils of Reno, NV, and David (Aline) Anderson of Baxter, MN; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Carol. Memorials are preferred to March of Dimes or Special Olympics.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter.
