Donald Szymanski

March 4, 1929 — July 11, 2014

Donald Szymanski, age 85, of Backus, passed away Friday, July 11, 2014, at the Good Samaritan Society, Pine River. He was born to Lodge and Ella Szymanski on March 4, 1929, in North Branch, MN.

Donald is survived by his children: Deb Hopkins, Dave Szymanski (Sue), Sandy Szymanski (Ed), Jeff Szymanski, Joyce Leimruger, Dan Szymanski; grandchildren: William, Jacob, Dana, Deanne, Todd, Bryant, Bryce, Shelly, Wendy, Aaron, Nicholas; many great grandchildren; and sister, Wilma Thundstrom.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.

Services will be 1 PM on Saturday, July 19, at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
