Donald Johnson

Donald P. Johnson, 50, of Fort Ripley died on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at his home. Services for Donald will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 10:00AM at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Brainerd, MN with Pastor Linda Crow officiating. Graveside services will be held at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls, MN at 2:00PM.

Donald was born on March 6, 1963 in Owatonna, MN to Peter and Grace (Rank) Johnson. He grew and lived his whole life in the Brainerd area. Donald served in the United State Navy for 6years. He worked for Potlatch in the Instrumentation area until it's closing. Donald enjoyed photography, architecture and loved designing his own home.

He is survived by his mother, Grace of Brainerd, MN; brother, James (Carole) of Fulton, IL; sister, Sandra (Ken) Haselberger of Chisago City, MN. Donald was preceded in death by his father, Peter. Memorials are preferred to First Congregational United Church of Christ in Brainerd, MN or to H.A.R.T. in Brainerd, MN.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN.
