Donald Bellamy

Donald Bellamy, 71, of Motley, MN died Friday, December 18, 2015 at his home. A Memorial Service for Donald will be 11:00AM, Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Randall, MN. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at 10:00AM at the Chapel. Interment with Military Honors at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery will follow at 2:00PM.

Donald was born September 14, 1944 to John and Martha (Sharon) Bellamy in Staples, MN. He graduated from Little Falls High School in 1962. Donald served in the US Army from 1965 to 1967. Donald was united in marriage to Judith Headley on November 28, 1970 in Browerville, MN.
He worked at Aggregate Industries for 40 years as a heavy equipment operator. Donald enjoyed racing cars, hunting, fishing, football, hanging out with his five grandchildren and family, telling stories, going to the casino, playing bingo, and his dog, Bud. He was a member of the 49'ers Union.

Donald is survived by his wife, Judy; son, Todd Bellamy; daughter, Gina (Mark) Garcia; son, Scott (Tracy) Bellamy; grandchildren, Morena, Adalia, and Cruz Garcia, Chase and Mason Bellamy; sisters, Violet (Al) Schraute, Martha (Mike) Stellzmiller, Betty (Rudy) Anderson, Shirley (Wayne) Lilgegren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Martha; Maguerete Beto; brothers, Carl, Hank, Bud, Lloyd and James Bellamy. Donald's family would like to extend a special thanks to the Lakewood Hospice Team. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Randall, MN.
