Dolores Swanson

Dolores Swanson, age 92, of Backus, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019, at her home. She was born to Axel and Clara Nelson on July 29, 1927, in McCormick, MN. Dolores lived for the moments she spent with her children, grandchildren and pets.

Dolores is survived by her children: Kathy Blasing (Len), Ron Nolan (Therese), Deb Gentry, Barb Gentry; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Woodrow Nolan and Fred “Frank” Swanson; sons, James and Patrick Nolan; sons-in-law, Bill Gentry, Charlie Gentry; and daughter-in-law, Patricia Nolan.

Memorial service will be 2 PM on Saturday, December 21, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
