Diane Sprau

Diane Louise Sprau, 62, of Merrifield, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born November 19, 1958, to Edward Baumer and Barbra (Carr) Schultes. She was also raised by her stepfather, Donald Schultes. She married Donald “Don” Sprau and they had two sons.

Diane loved spending time with family and enjoyed gardening. She also loved to watch all the birds come to her bird feeders. She worked as a housekeeping manager for over 20 years.

Diane is survived by her two sons, David (Angela) Sprau and Daniel (Kayla) Sprau; 5 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; and sister, Elizabeth Miller. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Sprau; parents, Donald and Barbra Schultes; and father, Edward Baumer.
