Dezerae Trana

Dezerae Trana, 32, of Staples, MN passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, February 27, 2017 at home. Services for Dezerae will be at 11:00AM, Friday, March 3, 2017 at Motley Free Methodist Church, with Pastor Jim Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7PM, Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the church and also one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Motley Public Cemetery.

Dezerae was born July 4, 1984 in Staples, MN to Dennis and Ramona (Dukowitz) Trana. She graduated from Staples High School. Dezerae worked at Giovanni’s Pizza, and was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lakewood Health System Home Care and Hospice, she also worked part time at Twisted Sisters and Local Legends. She lived life to the fullest, always had a smile and left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Dezerae enjoyed coloring, tubing, camping, spending time with her friends and family and she loved her fur babies, Ruger and Fat Jerry.

Dezerae is survived by her parents, Dennis and Ramona of Staples; brother, Denny of Staples; and many aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ron and Bev Dukowitz and Tom and Barb Trana; uncles, Ron Dukowitz, Ron Gustafson; cousin, Rollie Gustafson. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.
