Delores Johnson

Delores Elaine Johnson, born May 9, 1932, in Brainerd, MN, to Oliver and Petra (Simonson) Flategraff, passed away on June 15, 2024, at the age of 92.

She graduated from Apollo High School in St. Cloud, MN. After graduation she moved to Willmar, MN, where she worked at the State Hospital as a nurse aide. She met and married Loren Wolfe, who preceded her in death on November 2, 1960. She met DuWayne Johnson and they were married on September 21, 1963. After moving to Pine River, Delores worked at Camp Foley summer camp for girls and boys as a cook for many years.

Delores enjoyed cooking, reading, puzzles, gardening, flowers, and spending time with family.

Delores is survived by her husband, DuWayne Johnson; children, Mark Wolfe (Chris), Loren Wolfe (Cindy), and Pamela Cunningham (Mike); grandchildren, Nicole Pai, Travis Wolfe, Christopher Wolfe, Markay Nelson, Jamie Brohman, Megan Benzer, and Daniel Cunningham. Delores has 13 great-grandchildren.

Delores is preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Petra; husband, Loren Wolfe; son, Marvin Wolfe; and siblings, Howard Flategraff and Marilyn Chamberlain.

A graveside memorial service will be held at Moose Lake Cemetery in Pequot Lakes, MN, for immediate family.
