David Tweed

David Neal Tweed, 66, of Pequot Lakes, MN passed away on February 16, 2024 at Essentia Brainerd Medical Center.

David was born on August 17, 1957 in Brainerd, MN to Harris and Beverly Tweed.  He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 siblings, Terry and Patricia.  Also preceded in death by nephew Jeremy and brother-in-law, Dave as well as his beloved kitty, Bunny.

David is survived by 3 sisters: Kathleen(Tim), Marcia(Tom) and Laura(Jim).  David is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and his kitties Alvin and Sylvester.

David loved going for long walks on the Paul Bunyan Trail, visiting with friends at the coffee shop, and carving amazing wood sculptures that many of us were blessed to receive.  David also had a gift for learning languages and was fluent in several.

Special thanks to all that helped David, especially Jennifer and Mary!

Rest in peace David!  Your kitties are being well cared for and looking forward to seeing their Papa again.

A memorial service will be planned for a later date!
