David Larson

David Lloyd Larson, age 66, of Staples, died Monday, March 13, 2006 at Lakewood Health System Hospital. Memorial Service will be on Saturday, March 18, 2006 at 2:00 in the Brenny Funeral Chapel of Staples. Interment will be in the Esterday Cemetery in the Spring. David was born in St Paul to Lloyd O. and Lillian (Nelson) Larson, on May 22, 1939. He graduated from High school and attended one year of vocational training. He served his country in the US Navy. He worked as a truck driver and belonged to the Truck Driver Teamsters Union. He resided in California and moved to the Motley area about 20 years ago. He was a member of the Lions Club of Leader. He enjoyed Hunting, fishing, playing cards, and visiting with people. He is survived by 1 step-son, Jesse Allen of Motley and special friends, Nolan and Ellen Bacon of Leader. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
