David Erickson

David Erickson, age 87, of Hackensack, passed away Monday, December 12, 2011, at Good Samaritan Society, Pine River. He was born to Clarence and Cora Erickson in Deer River, MN, on August 4, 1924. David served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from WCCO TV in Minneapolis.

He is survived by children: Jeannie Jacob, Carol Fosse, Kathy Smith (Pat), Mona Johns (Richard, Sr.), Dana Erickson, Paul Erickson, and their mother, Faye; sisters: Marion Parkinson, Mona Wolff (Bob); grandchildren: Adam Erickson, Leah Bee (Jeremy), Andrew Jacob (Michelle), Jon Jacob, Kelly Jacob, Richard Johns, Jr., Samantha Johns, Michona Johns, Lanie Johns; great grandchildren: Christopher, Brendan and Cody.

Services will be 12 PM on Saturday, December 17, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River, with Pastor Bob Alley officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Pinewood Cemetery, Crosslake.
