Daniel Kornelyk

Daniel S. Kornelyk passed away peacefully at home October 19, 2021. He was 88 years old.

Dan graduated from Stillwater High School in 1951, and served in the Army during the Korean War.  He worked for Mobil Oil for 23 years and Werner Trucking for 2 years.  Joan and Dan were married for 65 years.  Dan was an avid Twins fan, loved to fish and travel.

Dan is survived by wife, Joan; daughters, Elaine Arnal (Gene), Karen Johnson (Scott); grandchildren, Dan, Ben, Bob, Jessica; 7 great grandchildren; and sister, Lorraine Weber (Salas).  He was predeceased by father, Steve Kornelyk, and mother, Sophie Johnson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Timberwood Church in Nisswa, MN, at 10 AM on Thursday, Oct. 28.  Visitation one hour prior to service.
